Returns & Refunds Information

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Returns: Must have original product package to be accepted for return. We cannot take it back without the scannable barcode and original packaging. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipment. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier. ***We reserve the right to refuse purchases due to incorrect prices, typographical errors or any other incorrect information.***
All support as well as exchanges or replacements for DEFECTIVE merchandise, including within the first 30 days of ownership, must be handled directly with the product manufacturer. The packaging for the item can not be open/tampered with (e.g. manufacturer seal and the manufacture box/package of the item that it arrived in can not be opened) If the item is opened and no longer sealed with the manufacturer seal and the manufacture box/package we must charge a minimum restocking fee of 25%.

We do not accept returns/exchanges on any software due to Copyright infringements. We do not accept returns due to incompatible systems. Buyers are responsible on compatibility of the software and hardware. Please do research before purchasing.
We do not accept returns/exchanges on any items that are not in brand new resellable condition.

Restocking Fee

Items that are unused and in the original sealed packaging can be returned subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the packaging has been opened or damaged on the unused product, the product can be returned subject to a 25% restocking fee. The return must include any and all accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that were shipped with the product. Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds. Products that are not subject to returns are custom figured products, used products, special orders, and products sold "as is" or "used".

Defective Items - Returned within 7 days of delivery. Items will be checked upon arrival. We reserve the right to determine if an item is defective. If not found defective or if item is returned damaged or items without a Return Authorization (RA) number on the package will be refused. You must ask for a RA prior to returning the item. We will send you a RA number and return shipping address. Returned item has to be in a resale condition with all accessories (including original box, instructions manual, etc). We do not accept returns/exchanges on any items that are not in brand new resellable condition.

Non-Defective Items - 
ALL non defective items may be returned up to 7 days after delivery date. We reserve the right to determine if an item is non-defective. These returns will be charged a 10% refund administration fee. Opened items must be in re-sellable condition and have ALL original packaging, accessories, manuals and warranty cards, etc included. We do not accept returns/exchanges on any items that are not in brand new resellable condition.

Damaged Items - Please refuse shipment if the damage is external or notify us within 24 hours if the damage is concealed. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT DAMAGE CLAIMS AFTER 24 HOURS from sign/delivery date. Make sure to place a claim with the shipping carrier. We will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund when and if the claim is settled with the carrier. No damage claims will be accepted once an item leaves a freight forwarder.
Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges.
All non defective returns incur a shipping cost:
Since we offer free shipping to you (the customer), all non defective product returns will incur a minimum $6.95 shipping charge in addition to the applicable restocking/refund administration fees. If expedited shipping was used to ship your product originally, a minimum $14.95 shipping charged will be applied to the refund.
